Job Description & Requirements Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (NP) StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $82.45 - $89.25 This facility is seeking a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
· Schedule: 8a-5p · Practice Setting: Outpatient · Types of Cases: Dating and viability ultrasound, see OB patients for their 16- and 28-week appointments, and other OB visits as needed. Birth control visits, including IUD insertions/removals/Nexplanon, Endometrial biopsies, general gynecology complaints, annual women's health exams · Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days · Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic · Certifications Required: Must be Board Certified, must have Basic Life Support (BLS) · Licensure Required: Must have Washinton License or Washington Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC), Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA)
