The position is for an Internal Medicine - Geriatrics Physician working in a physician-led group providing value-based primary care to Medicare adults in underserved Indianapolis communities. The role is outpatient only with minimal on-call responsibilities, small patient panels, and longer patient visits supported by a robust care team and cloud-based EHR.
