OB Hospitalist Opening in Fort Worth, TXFull-Time or Part-Time 24-Hour Shifts No On-Call Permanent PositionA well-established hospital in Fort Worth, Texas is seeking an additional Board Certified or Board Eligible OB Hospitalist to join its labor and delivery team. This is a permanent opportunity with flexible scheduling, a collaborative work environment, and a focus on high-quality, patient-centered care.Position Highlights: Full-time = 7.5 24-hour shifts/month Part-time = Minimum of 5.5 24-hour shifts/month (still benefits-eligible) Must reside locally or be willing to relocate (relocation assistance available) No on-call responsibilities Start as soon as possible with an active Texas licenseResponsibilities: Handle an annual delivery volume of 1,924 deliveries Perform vaginal and C-section deliveries (hospitalist team performs 96 annually) Manage 40% C-section rate Oversee 2,296 unscheduled OB/GYN triage visits and 1,229 OBED consults annually Provide inpatient care, OB triage, admissions, ER consults for GYN emergencies Assist in surgical procedures during Cesarean sections Respond to obstetric emergencies Collaborate with maternal-fetal medicine specialists and in-house neonatal team Work in a Level II NICU setting alongside neonatologists and NNPs Provide care for unassigned patients and assist with private call coverageRequirements: Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) in OB/GYN Active Texas medical license or in process DEA license (must be obtained prior to start)Compensation & Benefits: Hourly rate: $135/hr Potential sign-on bonus (full-time only, discussed at interview) Relocation assistance available, if applicable Comprehensive benefits package (for full-time employees) includes: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life, short- and long-term disability coverage 401(k) with company match Employee stock purchase program (15% discount) Pre-tax HSA and FSA options Aflac supplemental plans Identity protection services Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
