✅ Requirements
- Active RN license (TX or compact; pending accepted with submission)
- Minimum 2 years Labor & Delivery experience required
- Charge experience required
- Must be able to circulate C-sections and transition newborns
- BLS, ACLS, NRP, NIHSS required
- AWHONN Intermediate/Advanced preferred
- Cerner experience preferred
? Clinical Overview
- RN rotates through triage, antepartum, labor, circulate, and transition
- No postpartum assignments
- Facility averages 200–300 births/month
- Patient population: Neonates, Infants, Adults
