COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Family Medicine (FM)

Competitive guaranteed base salary up to $245,000
$30,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available
Eligible for federal student loan repayment programs through HRSA (Health Resources and Services Administration)
Comprehensive benefits package including:
- Up to 8 weeks of paid time off (PTO)
- $3,500 CME stipend plus 60 hours of CME PTO
- Health, dental, vision, retirement contributions, and malpractice with tail coverage
J-1 and H-1B visa sponsorship

100% outpatient primary care with limited call responsibilities (phone call consults only)

Daily patient volume of 16-20 patients to maintain high-quality care and manageable workflow
