The Sous Chef will support the kitchen team in an upscale Italian dining restaurant, ensuring exceptional food quality and guest experiences. Candidates must have experience in Italian cuisine, management of significant sales volume, and a minimum of two years as a Sous Chef. Sous Chef Requirements:
- Experience cooking Italian cuisine
- Has managed over 4 million in sales
- Open availbility
- 2 years minimum experience as a Sous Chef
- Preferred culinary School degree
