Outpatient primary care opening Northern California near Sacramento Located 48 miles from Sacramento, CA and 46 miles to Stockton, CA Guaranteed Base salary starting in the $250,000 - $350,000 range (DOE) Group works with primarily 5 native American tribes in the region. 16 patient encounters per day on average FM or IM training desired. Must be Board Eligible. Monday Friday schedule from 8 am 5 pm Can moonlight at other facilities if desired NextGen EMR Group offers primary care services, behavioral health, dental, optometry and ambulatory services. Group covers 100% health, dental and vision for employee. 403B retirement plan with 4% match after 3 months of employment. PTO of 15 days per year plus 8 sick days, 12 paid holidays (2 personal holidays) and 5 days of CME with $2,000 budget. 40 total days of PTO Negotiable sign on bonus BE/BC required plus CA license and DEA required
