Job Description
A Phoenix based client is seeking a motivated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join a community health center practice. An ideal candidate should practice excellent, evidence-based patient care, and should be comfortable treating patients of all ages.
Required Qualifications
- AZ NP license
- DEA certification
- CPR certification
- Board certified in field
- Preference given to Spanish and English fluency
Responsibilities
- Assess and diagnose a variety of diseases and injuries in patients of all ages
- Order diagnostic tests and laboratory studies, interpret results and create treatment plans based on results
- Perform therapeutic procedures with prioritizing preventative care
- Arrange referrals, consultations, and therapeutic services for patients on caseload
- Document all patient encounters efficiently and according to organization policy
