Position Details: Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hours per week). No call required. Contract Length: 3 months, with the possibility of extension. Start Date: As soon as credentialed. Patient Volume: Up to 21 patients per day, across all age groups (neonates to geriatrics). Support Staff: Includes a dedicated medical assistant, receptionists, mental health therapists, dietitians, and on-site pediatricians. Key Responsibilities: Provide outpatient ambulatory care, including family medicine, chronic disease management, and walk-in/acute care services. Perform basic procedures, such as injections, IUD placement, and minor wound care. Deliver culturally sensitive care to a diverse patient population, including migrants and refugees, with access to on-site interpretative services. Requirements: Licensing: Active Washington State license and DEA required. Board Certification: Must be board-certified in Family Practice. Experience: Minimum of two years in a family medicine setting with recent face-to-face patient contact. EMR: Proficiency with Epic charting system preferred. Vaccination: COVID-19 and flu vaccinations required. Language Skills: Spanish or Russian language skills are a plus but not required.
