An experienced orthopedic surgeon is needed for a 6 to 9-month locum position providing Level II trauma coverage including 24/7 ER call and outpatient clinic duties. Responsibilities include managing orthopedic emergencies, performing a broad range of orthopedic surgeries, and collaborating with PAs and hospital staff using EPIC EMR. The position requires board certification, trauma fellowship training, and a minimum of five years of relevant experience.
ATC West Healthcare Services is seeking a Locum Orthopedic Surgeon to provide Level II trauma coverage for up to two weeks per month. The role includes 24/7 ER call coverage with PA support and limited outpatient clinic time. This position is ideal for an experienced trauma-trained orthopedic surgeon available for a 6 9 month locum engagement.

Ongoing Coverage: Up to 2 weeks per month, based on internal physician schedule

Setting: Hospital (ER/OR) and Outpatient Clinic (3 mornings per week, TBD)

Provide 24/7 ER orthopedic coverage for a Level II trauma center, including consults, admissions, and surgical cases.
Perform a full range of orthopedic procedures, excluding complex pelvic trauma.
Participate in outpatient clinic approximately three mornings per week with MA and hospital support.
Manage orthopedic emergencies (0 7 admissions or cases per day, varies by volume).
Collaborate with dedicated PAs and multidisciplinary hospital staff.
Utilize EPIC EMR for all charting and order entry.
Coverage is needed due to provider resignation.

Washington State LicensePreferred (IMLC with LOQ acceptable)
