Registered Nurse (RN), Crichton Inpatient Rehab PRN/Hourly
Job Type: PRN/Hourly Variable 12 hour shifts

Department/Unit Summary

Crichton Center is a 27 bed physical rehabilitation unit providing acute care services; managing the patients' medical conditions along with providing them with the therapy/education needed in order to return to their prior level of function and to get home. Our most common patient diagnosis is stroke, however we see a range of diagnoses. With the extensive services provided, our patients' average length of stay is 14 days. Although we are a 27 bed occupancy unit, we are actively working toward expanding to 37 beds as our unit is growing. We offer 12 hour shifts with flexible self-scheduling for our nurses.

Qualifications and requirements
Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess an associates or bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire

CPR Certification renewal every 2 years

1-3 years experience in medical/surgical or rehab setting preferred

IV proficient preferred
