Job Description

American Traveler is hiring a day-shift RN for an inpatient rehab unit, requiring a NM or compact RN license and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Work in an inpatient rehabilitation unit
• Day shift schedule (3x12 hours), 7:00 to 19:30
• Option to work 36 or 48 hours per week
• Patient care in a rehabilitation setting
• Uses Epic charting system (Epic experience preferred)
• First-time travelers are eligible for this position
• No travel pairs or groups will be considered
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
• Former permanent staff must have been separated for at least one year before returning as a traveler
• No more than 3 days of requested time off will be automatically approved, and no time off is allowed in the first week of orientation

Requirements

• Active NM or compact RN license required at time of consideration
• Current BLS certification required
• 1-2 years of inpatient rehab RN experience required
• Epic EMR experience preferred
