The Opportunity

• Seeking Hospitalist physician assistants and nurse practitioners.
• Current national certification, DEA, ACLS, BLS and PALS are required.
• Previous hospitalist/inpatient experience is highly preferred.
• Current MI state license is a plus.
• Candidates wanting to work in an academic setting with current residents desired.
• Providers will be cross credentialed at the following sites: Sparrow Carson Hospital, Sparrow Clinton Hospital, Sparrow Eaton Hospital, Sparrow Ionia Hospital, and Sparrow Specialty Hospital (LTAC).

Sparrow Eaton Hospital - Charlotte, Michigan

Sparrow Carson Hospital - Carson City, Michigan

Sparrow Clinton Hospital - St. Johns, Michigan

Sparrow Ionia Hospital - Ionia, Michigan

Sparrow Specialty Hospital (LTAC) - Lansing, Michigan

Sparrow Hospital - Lansing, Michigan

• Only Level One Trauma Center and largest hospital in the region.
• Stroke Center of Excellence and Chest Pain Center.
• 733-bed facility with 45 closed-ICU beds.
• An average of 15 day admits and an average of 1-2 night admits.
• No procedures required; codes handled by ICU, RRT coverage.
• Vent management required.
• On-site lab and imaging.
