Job Title: Part-Time Clinical Research Nephrologist
Location: Scottsdale, AZ
Schedule: Part-Time (0-8 hours/week)
Start Date: Within 0-6 months
We are seeking a board-certified Nephrologist to serve as Principal Investigator (PI) or Sub-Investigator (Sub-I) for Phase I-IV clinical trials. You will provide medical oversight, ensure protocol compliance, and safeguard patient safety while working with sponsors, CROs, and research teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct medical screenings, nephrology assessments, and exams.
Oversee patient safety, adverse event reporting, and study compliance.
Collaborate with coordinators, nurses, and research staff on documentation.
Participate in monitoring visits, audits, and investigator meetings.
Provide input on study design, feasibility, and recruitment.
M.D. or D.O. with active Arizona medical license.
Board certification in Nephrology.
DEA license and BLS/ACLS certification.
Clinical research experience preferred (training available).
Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
