We are seeking a full-time Nephrologist to join an established, collaborative nephrology team within a progressive, physician-led health system. This opportunity offers a 100% nephrology-focused practice, a balanced mix of outpatient and inpatient responsibilities, teaching involvement, and potential leadership opportunities.
What You ll DoProvide comprehensive nephrology care, including:
Deliver outpatient and inpatient nephrology services
Manage dialysis patients and transplant follow-up care
Split clinical responsibilities between clinic, hospital, and regional coverage
Participate in shared call coverage (approximately 11 weeks annually)
Collaborate closely with nurse practitioners for continuity of care
Engage in daily teaching with medical students and internal medicine residents
Utilize an integrated EPIC electronic medical record
Established nephrology team including multiple physicians and nurse practitioners
100% nephrology-focused practice
Balanced clinical structure with outpatient clinic, hospital, and regional coverage
Dialysis patient management with moderate daily census
Transplant follow-up opportunities
Potential for medical directorship of a dialysis unit
