We are seeking a talented and passionate Executive Chef to lead the culinary team at our vibrant restaurant. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for executing and participating in the refinement of a diverse menu featuring authentic and innovative Mexican dishes and leading a team of cooks and kitchen staff towards excellence.
Executive Chef Responsibilities:
- Culinary Execution: Oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes, ensuring that each dish meets our high-quality standards and adheres to the authentic flavors and cultural essence of Mexican cuisine.

Executive Chef - Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience and Expertise in innovative Mexican cuisine.
- In-depth knowledge of Mexican culinary traditions, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Creativity and a passion for experimenting with flavors and presentation.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
