Travel Physical Therapist – Concord, NH
Assignment: 13 weeks | Start Date: 01/26/2026
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Shift Length: 8-hour day shifts

Position: Experienced Physical Therapist

Licensure Requirements:

• Active New Hampshire PT license, Compact PT license, or willingness to obtain a temporary NH license

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and re-evaluations and document care in accordance with licensure, scope of practice, and departmental standards

• Review and verify provider orders, incorporating pertinent medical information such as lab values, vital signs, and clinical history

• Demonstrate clinical competence in the administration of formal standardized tests, scales, and assessment tools

• Provide patient-centered care with consideration for age, physical, emotional, social, economic, cultural, and vocational factors

• Understand and address the impact of chronic illness and the challenges associated with acute care episodes for patients and their families

• Collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary and disciplinary teams, actively contributing to care planning and team development

• Maintain flexibility to provide care throughout the facility as needed, ensuring continuity of services
