TransForce is hiring full-time Local CDL B Drivers in Baltimore, MD. Earn $24.50/hour with overtime after 40 hours and weekly pay ranging from $1,100 - $1,200 per week.

Candidates must be able to pass a criminal background check and have a clean MVR.

Position Highlights:

Schedule: Monday - Friday (No weekends)
Shift: 10-15 stops per shift
Equipment: CDL B straight truck

Key Responsibilities:

Freight Handling: Deliver seafood and meat to customer locations
Route Management: Drive daily routes covering MD, PA, and DE
Customer Service: Ensure timely and professional deliveries with a customer-first attitude
Safety & Compliance: Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain DOT and FMCSA compliance

Requirements:

CDL License: Valid Class B CDL
Experience: Previous CDL B driving experience preferred
Driving Record: Must have a clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) with no major violations
Background Check: Candidates must pass a background check to be eligible for this role
Availability: Must be available for weekday shifts with early start times
Physical Requirements: Ability to handle freight and make 10-15 stops per shift
