The Front of House Restaurant Manager leads and manages the guest service team to ensure exceptional dining experiences in a casual restaurant setting. Responsibilities include team leadership, staff training, guest relations, operational management, and coordination with the back of house. The role requires a strong focus on hospitality, service standards, financial oversight, and maintaining a positive work environment.

We are looking for passionate and driven Front-of-House Managers to join our leadership team and play a key role in ensuring outstanding service, strong team performance, and smooth daily operations.
Position Summary:
As a FOH Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing guest service, team development, and operational excellence while upholding our brand’s high standards. You will be a hands-on leader, setting the tone for service, fostering a positive work culture, and driving guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and mentor the FOH team, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service.
- Uphold company service standards while fostering a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage guest relations, proactively addressing concerns to ensure satisfaction.
- Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Support daily operations, including floor management and ensuring service efficiency.
- Work closely with the BOH team to maintain smooth coordination between front and back of house.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, bar, and entry areas.
- Assist with financial oversight, including labor management and cost controls.

- 2+ years of experience as a FOH Manager in a casual dining environment.
- A guest-first mentality with a passion for hospitality.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and develop teams.
- Experience with POS systems, scheduling, and team management tools.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

5-Day work weeks, with many on 4-day work weeks based on restaurant performance
- Hourly rate boost for assistants – up to $2.50 per hour based on KPI achievement
