Job Details:
• 2 years of operating room experience required
• General OR work setting experience required
• Level I Trauma and Ambulatory OR experience preferred
• 1 year Level I Trauma experience required (hard stop)
• Must have scrub and circulate experience
• On call required
• No floating required
• No weekend requirement
• Patient ratio 1:1
• 12 hours of orientation provided
• Must work with patients of all age groups: neonates, infants, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS
• Pennsylvania or compact license required
• Must have teaching hospital experience
• Epic charting system experience required
• Travel experience required
• Local travelers accepted at rate differential
• Must complete RTO at time of submission
• Must complete labs within 48 hours of acceptance
• PA fingerprints required
• Must commit to this as primary contract with no additional time off requests

This healthcare facility operates a comprehensive surgical department equipped with advanced technology including Da Vinci robotic systems, Mazor Robot, and Monarch Surgical System. The facility provides a full spectrum of surgical services including trauma surgery, neurosurgery, orthopedic procedures, bariatric surgery, transplant surgery, and robotic-assisted procedures. The operating room department maintains high standards for patient safety and utilizes interdisciplinary support services including physical therapy, respiratory services, radiology, pharmacy, and rapid response teams.
