Premier Medical Staffing Services is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Madison, Wisconsin.
Job Description & Requirements

- At least 2 years of previous Med surg experience required
- At least 1 travel contract completed
- Must have taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility or it will be a 10% reduction in bill rate
- The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses
- NBO: 16 hrs
- OT/Holiday: 1.15x multiplier
- Call Back: 1.5x multiplier with 2 hr CB minimum
- On Call: $9/hr
- Charge/Precept: $6/hr
- OnCall: N
- WeekendDescription: every other
- Certifications: BLS (AHA)
