  • Administer general anesthesia and monitor patients throughout the surgical procedure using advanced monitoring techniques, including transesophageal echocardiography (TEE).
  • Provide post-operative pain management and collaborate with the surgical team to ensure a smooth recovery.
  • Document patient care accurately and efficiently within the Meditech electronic medical records system.

• Qualifications for Success:

  • Current board certification in anesthesiology with a subspecialty certification in cardiothoracic anesthesia is mandatory.
  • Valid and active state medical license is required.
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience in cardiothoracic anesthesia is preferred.
