Opportunity Highlights
• Mix of inpatient and outpatient neurosurgery at a Level 1 trauma center
• 24 hour call coverage with 30 minute response time; includes rounding on inpatients
• Outpatient clinic scheduled for 8 hours and night call responsibilities
• Bread and butter neurosurgery with trauma cases
• Flexible schedule 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off; providers with 1 week availability considered
• NPs onsite 7am 7pm and collaborative environment with trauma, critical care and hospitalist teams
• Travel and lodging support provided
• EMR: Epic
Licensure
• Must hold an active Illinois medical license
• MD or DO; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurological Surgery
• Minimum two years post training experience preferred
• DEA required; IMLC candidates not accepted

• Adult only patient population
• Clean background and credentialing history required
• Ongoing monthly needs
