A high-volume, concept-driven Restaurant from a respected chef-led restaurant group is seeking a General Manager to help lead its dynamic, culture-driven operation. The restaurant offers a vibrant, hospitality-focused dining experience.
We’re looking for an experienced General Manager to partner closely with the Chef-Owner, Chef de Cuisine, and FOH leadership team to inspire, develop, and elevate the front-of-house team.

General Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a high-volume, concept-driven restaurant that regularly hosts private events (or equivalent relevant experience)
- Strong interest in and understanding of Asian and Korean cuisine, beverages, and culture
- Excellent communication, leadership, and people-management skills
- Experience succeeding in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Working knowledge of core restaurant management tools: Toast POS/Payroll, Excel, QuickBooks, Resy, etc.
- Ability to oversee daily operations, FOH leadership, guest experience, inventories, payroll, and financial performance
Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience creating or overseeing beverage programs (cocktails, spirits, wine lists)
- Leadership experience within chef-driven or culturally rooted concepts
- Strong vendor and purveyor relationship-building skills
- Experience developing and maintaining FOH systems, SOPs, and training programs
- Background supporting private events or special programming
