Competitive permanent Hospitalist role 1 hour from Lexington with rotating 2-week day/1-week night schedule. Hospitalist physician, permanent, 2 weeks day shift (7 AM–7 PM) then 1 week night shift (7 PM–7 AM). Location: Kentucky, ~1 hour from Lexington. Full-time with clinical, consultative, administrative and teaching duties; participates on committees and CQI. - Board certified physician
- KY medical license required
- Completion of residency (and fellowship if applicable)
- Experience providing consultative services and performing high-risk procedures
- Ability to supervise APPs and participate in teaching/committee work

Seeking a Hospitalist physician
Must be board certified
Two Weeks Day Shift, One Week Night Shift 7 AM-7 PM/7 PM-7 AM
Requirements: KY state license, completion of appropriate residency and fellowship training
Must be able to provide consultative services to other providers and complete procedures entailing significant risk
Provides administrative and managerial support to Advanced Practice Providers (APP) if applicable and nursing staff
Sits on Hospital committees and service lines as needed and requested, in addition to working with Continuing Quality Improvement (CQI)
Works with administration to coordinate patient care activities
Consults with other physicians concerning matters outside his/her professional specialty
Assists in the training and education of students, interns, residents, and other personnel
Assists emergency physician in seeing and treating emergency department patients in a timely manner
