- Role Description
- Train patients to independently perform peritoneal dialysis at home
- Manage and support current home peritoneal dialysis patients
- Based out of the Pittsfield (Conte Drive) unit
- Must be willing to visit patients at home occasionally
- Required Qualifications
- Cert: Registered Nurse (RN)
- License: Active Massachusetts RN license
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years current renal experience (required)
- Baxter AMIA Peritoneal Cycler experience (strongly preferred)
- Certifications:
- BLS – American Heart Association
