New Hampshire - Family Medicine

• Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family or Internal Medicine Physician for New Hampshire medical center.
• High elderly population
• Experienced in Chronic Disease Management
• 16-22 patients per day
• 36 patient hours, 4hrs of admin time
• May participate in day-time call rotation (no after hour call)
• EMR is Meditech Expanse, Dragon dictation
• Supported by an RN Team leader and medical assistant

Essential Qualifications:

• Board certified (or eligible) by WMC Medical Staff Bylaws.
• ACLS and BLS from the American Heart Association required.
• Successful completion of an approved residency by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education, the American Osteopathic Association, or the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada
• Must be comfortable having own patient panel and practicing autonomously.
