Key Responsibilities
- Lead the installation, service, and repair of commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, packaged units, and split systems.
- Act as a working supervisor and project manager for field operations.
- Ensure project completion meets quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical HVAC issues on-site.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to maintain workflow and schedule.
- Provide mentorship to junior technicians and promote safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records, service logs, and project documentation.
- Support job site compliance with industry codes and company policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance.
- Certified Chiller Mechanic.
- EPA Certification required.
- Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and leadership skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and system schematics.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
