Practice Details

• Providers work Monday through Friday with some flexibility
• Team approach coordinating with specialists and surgeons, Physical, Occupational & Speech Therapies, Case Management, and Psychology
• Clinical Triage manages calls from facilities 7 days a week, making on-call time painless (no overnight call)
• Providers utilize smart technology with integrated voice recognition to complete patient encounters quickly and directly into EHR
• Guaranteed base salary along with bonus incentives

• Potential for leadership as a site Medical Director
