This position is for a full-time Internal Medicine Physician employed by a 200-bed hospital, offering flexibility in work schedule and choice between clinic-only or clinic plus some inpatient care. Defined need based on size of service area and current FTE's
Can be 100% clinic OR clinic with some inpatient (your choice)
Full-time / some flexibility on weekly schedule / Work Options of 5, 4.5, 3.5 day per week
Office with other primary care physicians and mid-levels
Office space located in MOB
Hospital does 540 deliveries per year
Call coverage
200 Bed Hospital
FINANCIALS
On-going salary plus wRVU bonus
Salary $300K-$330K(50th & 75th), Bonus conversion factor $52
3-yr arrangement
90 day out clause without cause bilateral
Malpractice
Tail coverage
Cover licensing fees
PTO (20 personal days)
CME (One week PTO)
Student Loan support up to $30K per year(no cap)
Sign-on bonus = $30K+
Relocation = $10K+
