We are seeking a Permanent Hematology/Oncology Physician in Idaho.

• Patient Population: Adults

• Setting: Hospital-based, outpatient & inpatient coverage

• Responsibilities:

  • Provide care in a full-service cancer center with a multidisciplinary team

  • Perform clinical work including patient consultations, treatments, and rounding

  • Shared call schedule (1:7), with inpatient covered by Oncology Hospitalist (M-F, 8 AM - 5 PM)

  • Participate in weekly tumor boards and innovative programs like lung cancer screening and clinical trials

• Required Procedures: General Hematology/Oncology procedures

• EMR System: EPIC

• Support Staff: Nurse navigators, social workers, genetic counselors, nutritionists

• Days Per Month: Approx. 16-20 days (4-day work week)

• On-Call/Weekends: 1:7 shared equitably; inpatient unit covered by Oncology Hospitalist M-F

Board Eligible (to become BC within 3 years) or Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology - REQUIRED
Idaho & Oregon licenses (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
Completion of Medical Oncology/Hematology Fellowship (prior to start) - REQUIRED
DEA & Controlled Substance Registration (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
Clean malpractice & license history - HIGHLY PREFERRED
