Part-time permanent role with flexible schedule joining an experienced primary care team near Cambridge City, IN. Family Medicine/ Geriatrics physician — Part-time permanent (PRN) with flexible FT-style hours 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; call 1:14 with 24-hour weekend coverage and rotating holidays. Location: near Cambridge City, Indiana. Join 3 FPs, 1 sports/family MD and 1 NP; each physician has a dedicated medical assistant. - Active IN medical license - Board-certified/eligible in Family Medicine or Geriatrics - Experience in outpatient primary care - Availability for scheduled call rotation and weekend coverage - Malpractice coverage/DEA license (preferred)
