Job Description

American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg RN for a night shift position on an ortho/neuro overflow unit requiring at least one year of recent specialty experience and a TX or compact RN license.

Responsibilities

• Work in a hospital environment on the 3 East Ortho/Overflow Neuro medical-surgical unit
• Patient population includes orthopedic and neurological overflow cases
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 13-week assignment duration
• Provide nursing care to orthopedic and neuro overflow patients as part of a collaborative team
• Working dress code and additional information to be provided upon offer
• Assignment is open to candidates meeting licensure and experience requirements

Requirements

• Active TX or compact RN license required
• Minimum of one year recent experience in a Med/Surg setting
• Current AHA or ARC BLS certification required
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• U.S. Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
