• Shift/Hours: 36–48 hrs/week | OT billable after standard hours (36–40 OT after 40, 48-hr contracts OT after 48) • Local Rule: Must live 50+ miles from facility (10% bill rate reduction if local) • EMR: EPIC • Caseload: Avg. 35–50 cases/day | Turnover <20 min • Beds/ORs: 16-bed OR | 16 suites (run 12–14 routinely) | Level 1 trauma center • Patient Ratios: 1:1 • Equipment: 3 DaVinci robots, Stealth tech for Neuro, Synthes/Stryker for Ortho Trauma • Service Lines: Cardiac/PV, Neuro, Ortho trauma, Robotics, GYN, Uro, General, Pediatrics, Transplants; limited ENT/Plastics • Roles: Scrub & Circulate preferred • Call/Weekend: Friday end-of-shift → 6:30a Monday; Call-back 1.5x (2-hr min), On-call $9/hr, Charge/Precept $6/hr • Scrubs: Provided | NBO: 16 hrs | OT/Holiday: 1.15x multiplier • Floating: Required across all campuses
