Position Highlights
- Great weekly schedule options of full-time status with the flexibility to create your schedule
- Travel is required as you drive between locations (clinics, homes, SNFs) in a designated close-proximity territory, but an internal team will assist with creating your schedule for convenience to maximize your time with the utmost efficiency
- All necessary equipment, documentation system, and medical supplies are provided
- Ability to conduct comprehensive patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop individualized care plans
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation within 24 hours of patient visits on EHR
Practice Environment
- Work in a dynamic, multi-site practice environment with a high degree of autonomy
- Diverse patient load and cases - including wound vacs, debridement, grafting, and complex wound management
- Utilizing your vehicle as the cornerstone of this practice, enabling efficient movement and the delivery of consistent, expert care across the surrounding community
Compensation and Benefits
- Highly competitive base salary, with a 1099 full-time contract, ideally
- Open to discussions of W2, PRN, or per diem options as well
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program with active medical licensure
- Skilled in EMR documentation and committed to accuracy
- Compassionate, proactive, and patient-centered in approach
- Strong clinical judgment with the ability to think on your feet
- Excellent communication skills both with patients and team members
- At least one year of clinical experience in wound care and wound care certification is required
