HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week contract assignment in Richland, Washington. This opportunity is in a skilled nursing facility and inpatient/outpatient rehab setting, offering a collaborative team environment focused on patient-centered care.
Assignment Details:
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat patients recovering from surgery, illness, or injury
Develop personalized treatment plans to improve mobility and quality of life
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including nursing, occupational therapy, and speech therapy
Document patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary
Requirements:
Active Washington PT license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
Minimum of 1 year of PTA experience; SNF or rehab setting preferred
Current BLS Certification (AHA)
Strong clinical reasoning and patient interaction skills
