Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 2+ years of ICU/CCU experience required. Specialty: Must have Neuro ICU experience. Active RN license (state-specific or compact license as applicable). Current BLS and ACLS certifications (other certifications may be required depending on facility). Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills. Ability to adapt to floating assignments in Tele/Stepdown units.
