CRNA locum tenens role; day shifts 7–3, night call 3pm–7am, weekends 24‑hr call; inpatient surgical cases (General Surgery, Endo, OB/Gyn, Peds?, Urology, ENT, Ortho including totals); credentialing ~90+ days; West Virginia; locum/per diem. - ABA board certified or eligible
- Active West Virginia licensure (or ability to obtain)
- Prior CRNA experience in operative anesthesia and listed case types
- Availability for specified shift pattern including night and weekend call
- Credentialing clearance within ~90 days
