EPIC EMR, outpatient ambulatory/community health center, up to ~18 pts/day. - Board certified Family Medicine MD - Active WA medical license - Active WA DEA registration - Minimum 2 years clinical FNP/MD experience with face-to-face patient contact within past year - Clean background, no malpractice; COVID and flu vaccinated

Rate Details Bill Rate $161.50/hour Facility Details Job Location 1112 S Cushman Ave Tacoma, WA 98405 Facility Type Out-Patient Clinic Job Overview Job ID: 2789162 Specialty: Family Practice Start Date: As soon as credentialed. Provider presented should be available to start within 4 weeks. Exception will be made for providers who have previously worked with Sea Mar. Contract Length: 3 months, possibility to extend Shift Details: 8a-5p, 40hrs/week. 8 hour work day with 1 hour unpaid lunch. Schedule: Monday-Friday Work Details: ?? Support Staff: Dedicated medical assistant for each provider, receptionist, mental health therapists, dietitians, most clinics have an onsite pediatrician and local health care administrator they will submit timecards to. ?? Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: FT. 40hrs/week. ?? Patients per day: Family Physicians are expected to see up to 18 patients per day. May be less depending on cancellations, etc, but should be comfortable with higher volume and fast paced. ?? Patient Population/Age: Newborns-Geriatrics. Provider should be comfortable working with all ages. ?? Department Description: Community Health Center. Providers should have experience in these settings or express interest to work with vulnerable populations. They service migrants and refugees and have interpretative services available on site. Provider is not required to be bilingual, but would be a plus. OP ambulatory services, family medicine, walk-in/acute care services, chronic disease management. They may be caring for same day walk in patients. ?? EMR: EPIC ?? Special Procedures: Basic bread and butter procedures. Injections, IUD placement, minor wound care. ?? Skills Required: Expected to hit ground running. Will be a 1 week ramp up with onsite orientation but will be expected to begin patient care by day 3. Practice Setting: Outpatient ambulatory setting- Community Health Center Travel Logistics: ?? Specific travel client will pay for: Flight, rental car or mileage and lodging. Requirements: ?? Board Certification: Required ?? License Required: Active WA license required. Will not consider non-licensed candidates ?? DEA: Active WA DEA required ?? Certifications Required: Will be discussed at time of credentialing. If any certs are required, provider will be responsible for obtaining. (BLS, ACLS, etc.) ?? Minimum Experience Required: MUST have clean background. No malpractice will be considered. MUST have minimum of 2 years experience as an FNP and face to face patient contact within past year. Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 weeks Spanish or Russian speakers are a plus. Name clear required Must be covid and flu vaccinated
