Adult non‑trauma practice; average ~1 surgical case/day. EMR: Cerner (inpatient), AllScripts (outpatient). - MD or DO with Neurosurgery board eligibility/certification - Active/valid Iowa medical license (or compact/temporary locum license) - Experience with thrombectomy and endovascular neuro procedures - Ability to work 24‑hour call shifts for 7–8 consecutive days/nights - BLS/ACLS (and Neuro certifications as required)
