Christiana Care Health System is seeking a Nurse Manager to work at our Union Hospital in the ICU, VAN and WOC units.
What We’re Looking For:
We seek a dynamic Nurse Manager who brings:
Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting
A collaborative spirit and team-oriented mindset
A strong foundation in cardiac care and post-operative patient management
A drive to foster excellence in patient outcomes and staff development
Education & Requirements:
Current nursing licensure in the State of Maryland or compact state required
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
Completed BSN and Master’s degree or alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree and Masters of Science in Nursing.
5 years appropriate clinical and leadership experience required.
Professional certification in a related nursing specialty required.
Nurse Executive certification preferred.
BLS and ACLS certifications required.
