Physical Therapist Role $2,300 per week
MedAdventures is seeking an experienced Home Health Physical Therapist to join our allied health team and provide high-quality care to patients across the Meyersdale area. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients receiving care at home.

(Agency coverage allowed within 1 hour of the Meyersdale office and when wounds are not complex or requiring IV support.)
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, treat, and manage home-based physical therapy patients
- Develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with the clinical team and communicate progress
- Document timely and accurately in accordance with home health standards
- Provide patient and caregiver education to support safe, effective care
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license
- Minimum 1 year of home health experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgement and ability to work independently
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
