Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to generalized cardiac patients, managing their conditions and monitoring vitals. This role entails working in a dynamic environment with advanced cardiac equipment.
Responsibilities- Monitor cardiac patients in a telemetry unit
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with medical staff to provide optimal patient care
- Perform patient assessments and communicate findings
- Document care and outcomes in the electronic health record (EHR)
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in a telemetry or cardiac setting
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Experience with Life Paks, Zoll, and Masimo equipment is required
- Familiarity with Cerner EHR is preferred
