What You ll Do:Provide advanced neonatal care across three premier hospitals (all within a 30-minute drive)
Rotate through Level III and Level IV NICUs with access to cutting-edge technology and collaborative care models
Attend deliveries, perform neonatal resuscitations, and manage critically ill neonates
Work 24-hour shifts at Level III facilities and -hour day/night shifts at the Level IV center
Collaborate closely with neonatologists and multidisciplinary NICU teams
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development opportunities

What You Bring:Master s (or Doctorate) in Nursing required
Board Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP)required
Minimum 2 years of NNP experience (RN experience not counted)
