Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care to diverse patient populations.
- Perform examinations, diagnose conditions, develop treatment plans, and oversee patient progress.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
- Maintain meticulous patient records and adhere to all clinical protocols and standards.
- Stay updated on the latest medical practices and innovations in women s health.
Required Skills:
- Valid medical license and board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Proven clinical experience in OB-GYN practice.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong diagnostic capabilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with minimally invasive surgical techniques.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Multilingual proficiency is a plus.
- Previous experience in a hospital or outpatient setting.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- At least 2 years of clinical experience in OB-GYN.
- Active state medical license in good standing.
Other Requirements:
- Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
- Willingness to participate in continuing education and on-call rotations.
- Ability to travel for conferences or training as required.
This rewarding role offers an hourly pay rate of $1.00, with full benefits including weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical coverage (W-2), and performance-based referral bonuses.
