Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a day shift Emergency Department position at a critical access hospital in Vermont, requiring a VT or compact RN license and 3-5 years of ER experience.
Responsibilities
- Work in the Emergency Department of a critical access hospital
- 25-bed facility serving a diverse patient population
- Day shift schedule, typically 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM with some rotating shifts
- Required to work every other weekend
- Attendance at department quarterly education sessions is required
- Role requires flexibility with scheduling and ability to work rotating shifts
- Team-oriented environment in a critical access hospital setting
Requirements
- Active VT or compact RN license required
- 3-5 years of emergency room nursing experience required
- Current certifications in ACLS, PALS, BLS/BCLS, and TNCC
