Job Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced OR RN who can scrub and circulate, offering day shifts and requiring ortho experience.
Responsibilities
- Work in the operating room (OR) of an acute care setting
- Unit focuses on total joint replacements and requires orthopedic procedures
- Day shifts available, Monday through Friday
- Shift lengths available: 8 or 10 hours, with flexibility for less than 40 hours per week
- Call rotation is required
- Utilizes CPSI System 19 for charting
- Increased focus on total joint replacement cases
- Open to longer contracts if desired by the candidate
Requirements
- Active OH RN license or compact RN license required
- Minimum of 3 years recent OR nursing experience
- Must have the ability to both scrub and circulate in the OR
- Orthopedic operating room experience required
- Current certifications: BLS and ACLS
