The Restaurant Manager leads and motivates a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while overseeing daily restaurant operations including front and back of house. Responsibilities include managing labor and food costs, driving sales growth through catering expansion, and maintaining brand standards. Candidates should have at least two years of management experience with strong leadership and operational skills in a fresh food restaurant environment.

Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of recent restaurant management experience (Assistant Manager, General Manager, or similar)
- Background in a scratch kitchen / fresh food concept preferred
- Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including P&L management, inventory control, and scheduling
Restaurant Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 10–20 restaurant staff daily
- Drive sales growth by developing and expanding outside catering business
- Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Ensure exceptional guest service and maintain brand standards
- Actively manage labor and food costs to meet profitability goals
Restaurant Manager Benefits:
- Competitive $55,000 – $60,000 annual salary
