What You’ll Do
As an RBT, you’ll bring science and compassion together to create real impact in children’s lives.
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism and related disorders (ages 18 months–15 years).
Work in clinic, home, school, or community settings to support a child’s development.
Implement individualized behavior and skill-building programs designed by a BCBA.
Collect data electronically to track progress and celebrate successes.
Communicate with parents and caregivers to support growth beyond sessions.
Participate in monthly team training sessions to continue learning and connecting.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing one) in Psychology, Education, Early Childhood, or a related field.
Experience working with children with autism (1 year preferred, but new grads encouraged to apply!).
Fluent in English (bilingual is a plus!).
Active RBT credential or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire.
