We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Target Process Application Engineer to join our Enterprise Transformation Organization team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Lead the architecture and delivery of Apptio/IBM TargetProcess by leveraging expertise in software engineering and application delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Ensure the implementation of best practices in application development processes to enhance performance and security.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and development.
- Support delivery of AI outcomes within the tool and across the wider ecosystem.
- Engage with stakeholders to communicate progress, challenges, and solutions effectively.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced degree preferred.
- Typically 6-10 years of experience.
- Strong expertise in software engineering and application delivery methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
